Contact Us
Thanks for shopping with ClearLine. We sell aftermarket, unbranded replacement visors and face shields designed to be compatible with popular helmet brands, and we are always happy to help before or after you order. Whether your question is about fitment, an existing order, shipping, or a return, we would love to hear from you.
Email is the best way to reach us
The quickest and most reliable way to get in touch is by email at support@clearlinemoto.com. Email reaches our support team directly, keeps a written record of your request, and lets us look up your order details and reply with the most accurate answer. When you email us, the information you provide is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
To help us respond quickly, please include as much of the following as you can:
- Your order number (if you have already placed an order)
- The email address you used at checkout
- The helmet make, model, and year you want a visor for, if your question is about fitment or compatibility
- A short description of your question, and any photos if they help explain the issue
Our typical response time
We aim to reply to every message within 1-2 business days. Because ClearLine is a small, US-based operation and our items ship directly from overseas fulfilment partners, replies that involve checking on a shipment or coordinating with a partner may occasionally take a little longer. There is no need to send a duplicate message about the same order while you are waiting for our reply; rest assured that every message is logged and answered in the order received. If you have an urgent, time-sensitive concern about an order, please note that in your subject line and we will prioritise it.
Business hours and timezone
Our support team operates on United States business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Messages that arrive over the weekend or on a holiday are answered on the next business day. Because our fulfilment partners are located overseas and in different timezones, there can be a natural lag between your message, our reply, and any action on the warehouse side. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
Pre-sale and fitment questions are welcome
Fitment and compatibility are the buyer’s responsibility, so we strongly encourage you to confirm fit before you order. If you are unsure whether a visor will fit your helmet, message us first and we will do our best to point you in the right direction. Please tell us the exact helmet brand, model, and year, and we will help you check compatibility. Our visors are unbranded aftermarket parts listed as compatible with, or as fitting, various helmet brands; they are not genuine, OEM, or manufacturer-supplied parts, and any brand names are used only to indicate compatibility.
A quick note on tint and intended use, since this often comes up before ordering:
- Clear and light-smoke visors are intended for general daytime use. You are responsible for checking your local road rules before use.
- Dark-smoke, mirrored, and iridium visors are intended for off-road, track, or closed-course use only. They are not sold as road-legal, may not meet ECE 22.06 (EU/UK) or DOT (US) standards, and are not suitable for night or low-light riding.
Where to find shipping, returns, and privacy details
Many common questions are answered in our policies, which are written specifically for a store that ships from overseas partners:
- Shipping Policy — processing times, regional delivery estimates, tracking, and customs or import charges.
- Returns & Refunds Policy — our 30-day returns on unused visors in original packaging, who pays return shipping, and how refunds are handled.
- Privacy Policy — how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information, including transfers to our overseas fulfilment partners.
If your question is not covered there, just email us and we will be glad to help. If there is ever a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can put it right; most issues are resolved quickly by email, and reaching out to us is usually faster than opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Nothing on this page limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including rights relating to faulty goods or cancellation.
