Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how ClearLine, operated by TheTreasureHub LLC (a Wyoming LLC), United States, processes and ships orders of aftermarket, unbranded motorcycle helmet replacement visors and face shields. Any brand names shown on our listings (for example AGV, Shoei, or HJC) are used only to indicate the helmets a visor is designed to be compatible with; our products are not genuine, OEM, or brand-manufactured parts and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those manufacturers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, contact us at support@clearlinemoto.com before you buy.

This policy covers shipping and delivery only. Returns, refunds, and fitment/compatibility are covered by our Returns Policy, which forms part of the same agreement and should be read alongside this page.

How our shipping works

ClearLine operates on a dropshipping model. Our visors and face shields are held by and ship directly from overseas fulfilment partners rather than from a warehouse in your country. This keeps our prices low and our range wide, but it also means delivery generally takes longer than ordering from a local retailer that ships domestically. We think that trade-off is worth being upfront about, so the estimates below reflect realistic international transit times, not best-case exceptions.

Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Order processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing covers order verification, picking and packing at our fulfilment partner, and hand-off to the carrier. This processing time is included in the total delivery estimate below. During busy periods, new product launches, or sales events, processing may take slightly longer. Tracking information becomes active once the parcel is scanned into the carrier network, which can take a short time after dispatch.

Delivery estimates

The estimates below show the total time from order to arrival, including processing. They are good-faith estimates based on typical transit times, not guarantees, because international shipping involves carriers and customs authorities outside our control.

  • United Kingdom & European Union: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

These estimates already include the processing window, so you do not need to add another 1-3 business days. Nothing in these estimates limits any statutory delivery or consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence (see “Your statutory rights” below).

Split shipments

If your cart contains more than one item, your order may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes shipped from different fulfilment locations and on different dates. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing. Where an order ships in multiple parcels, we will aim to provide tracking for each parcel. If one part of your order arrives noticeably later than the rest, please allow the full delivery window above before contacting us.

Tracking your order

You will receive tracking details for every order once it has been dispatched. Please allow a few days after dispatch for the first carrier scans to appear and for the tracking status to begin updating. It is normal for international tracking to show limited updates while a parcel is in transit between countries or awaiting a customs scan.

How we share your details for delivery

To fulfil and deliver your order, we share the delivery information you provide at checkout — such as your name, shipping address, email, and phone number — with our overseas fulfilment partners and the carriers and postal services that handle your parcel. Because our fulfilment partners are located outside your country, this involves an international transfer of your personal data, which is carried out only as necessary to process and deliver your order. Customs authorities in the destination country may also require order and recipient details for clearance. How we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data, the safeguards we apply to international transfers, and your privacy rights (including any rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out) are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

Customs, duties & peak-season delays

Because items ship internationally, parcels may be held for customs clearance in the destination country, which can add time that is outside our control. Delivery may also take longer during peak periods such as major holidays, seasonal sales, and carrier or postal backlogs, as well as during weather disruptions or other events affecting logistics networks.

The price you pay at checkout is the final price. ClearLine covers all import duties, taxes, and customs fees on your order, so you will not be asked to pay anything extra to receive your parcel. In the rare event that a carrier or customs authority still bills you for an import duty or tax, contact us at support@clearlinemoto.com with the paperwork and we will reimburse you for it.

Your shipping address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout, including any apartment, unit, building, or postal code details. We ship to the address exactly as it is entered on your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@clearlinemoto.com as soon as possible; we will do our best to correct it, but once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to change the destination.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the buyer.

Unsuccessful delivery and returned-to-sender parcels

A parcel may be returned to the fulfilment partner if it cannot be delivered — for example, because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an uncollected parcel left at a local pickup point or held at a customs or postal office, or repeated failed delivery attempts. Where this happens because of an address error or a failure to collect the parcel, we can arrange a re-shipment once the item is back with our partner, and any re-shipping cost may be payable by the buyer. If you would prefer a refund instead of a re-shipment in these cases, we will refund the price of the returned items; the original shipping cost is non-refundable where the failed delivery was not our fault. Where a parcel is returned because we sent the wrong item or a faulty item, we will cover the cost of re-shipment or provide a full refund, and this section does not apply. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

My order hasn’t arrived

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel has not arrived within the delivery window for your region, please contact us at support@clearlinemoto.com. So we can investigate with the carrier and fulfilment partner while tracking records are still available, we ask that you get in touch within 15 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window for your region, and include your order number and tracking number. This request is to help us resolve the issue quickly and does not remove or shorten any longer period you may have to bring a claim under applicable law.

Lost or significantly delayed parcels

Occasionally a parcel is genuinely lost or held in transit far beyond the normal window. Once you have contacted us, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Carrier investigations can take time to complete. If a parcel is confirmed lost, or is delayed so significantly that it is reasonably treated as lost, we will make it right by arranging a replacement or a refund. We ask for your patience while the carrier completes its investigation, as most delayed parcels are ultimately delivered. This does not affect any remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited, and nothing in this Shipping Policy affects them. Depending on where you live, these may include the right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, remedies if goods are faulty or not delivered within a reasonable time, and — for consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union — a cooling-off / right-to-cancel period for online purchases. Where anything in this policy conflicts with a right you have under the law that applies to you as a consumer, that mandatory legal right prevails. How to cancel, return, or claim a refund for faulty or incorrect goods is explained in our Returns Policy.

Acknowledgement of delivery timelines

Our long-distance shipping model is central to how ClearLine keeps prices low, and we want every customer to order with clear expectations. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your items ship internationally from overseas fulfilment partners and that delivery typically takes longer than from a local retailer, in line with the per-region estimates set out above. These estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates, and this acknowledgement does not waive your statutory rights. If the timelines do not suit your needs, please do not place an order, or contact us first at support@clearlinemoto.com and we will be glad to help.

Governing law

Except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise, this Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This does not deprive you of the protection of any non-excludable consumer rights available to you under your local law.
