Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Welcome to ClearLine. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClearLine website at clearlinemoto.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. The Site and store are operated by TheTreasureHub LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States (“ClearLine”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about our products, how orders are processed and shipped from our overseas fulfilment partners, a product use and safety disclaimer specific to motorcycle helmet visors, and a limitation of our liability. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer right or remedy that applies to you under the mandatory law of your country of residence and that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union, statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods and any statutory right to cancel a distance purchase. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with such a right, that right prevails.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ClearLine. They apply together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy on a particular point, the more specific policy controls for that point.

We may present additional terms at the point of sale (for example, product-specific notices, delivery estimates, or promotional conditions). Those additional terms form part of your agreement with us when you place the relevant order.

2. Eligibility and age

You may use the Site and place orders only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, and are able to form a legally binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Our products are motorcycle helmet accessories intended for adult riders. You are responsible for keeping your account details and any password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Our products

ClearLine sells aftermarket, unbranded replacement visors and face shields for motorcycle helmets. Our products are described as “compatible with” or as “fitting” certain helmet brands and models (for example AGV, Shoei and HJC) solely to indicate intended fitment.

  • Our products are not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. They are not genuine, brand-manufactured, brand-authorised, or brand-endorsed items, and they are not made by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any helmet manufacturer.
  • All helmet brand names, model names, trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners. We reference them only to describe compatibility, which is a factual, nominative use, and not to imply any partnership or endorsement.
  • Compatibility references are provided as a guide to help you identify a visor that is designed to fit your helmet. They are not a guarantee of fit for your specific helmet, which can vary by model year, revision and region.

4. Product descriptions, images, pricing and errors

We work to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, images, colours, compatibility references, pricing or other content on the Site are complete, current or error-free. Because our products ship directly from overseas fulfilment partners, packaging, minor design details and enclosed materials may occasionally differ from the images shown.

  • Product images are for illustration. Actual colour, tint depth and finish may vary depending on your screen and lighting.
  • Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time before you place an order. Typographical, technical or pricing errors can occur.
  • We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, and to change or update information (including prices, descriptions and availability) at any time without prior notice, even after you have submitted an order. See Section 6 regarding pricing errors.

This Section does not affect the accuracy of information that consumer-protection law requires us to give you, or any remedy you have if goods do not match their description.

5. Orders and order acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to buy the product(s) in your cart, subject to these Terms. An order confirmation or acknowledgement email confirms that we have received your order; it does not by itself constitute our acceptance of it.

A binding contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order, which we do when we dispatch the product(s) to the carrier, unless we notify you of acceptance earlier or of a refusal or cancellation first. If we are unable to accept your order, we will let you know and will not charge you; if you have already been charged, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item(s).

6. Right to refuse, cancel or limit orders

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel or limit any order in whole or in part at any time. Situations in which we may do so include, without limitation:

  • the product is unavailable, out of stock, or discontinued by our fulfilment partner;
  • a pricing, description or other error means a product was listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information — in which case we may cancel the order even after it is confirmed, and if you have already been charged we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the affected item;
  • we suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, or a breach of these Terms;
  • we are unable to ship to your address, or shipping is restricted or prohibited by law; or
  • quantities appear to exceed what is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

If we cancel an order after you have paid, and except where you are entitled to more under mandatory consumer law, your remedy is a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).

7. Prices, payment and currency

Our base currency is US Dollars (USD). Through WooCommerce Markets we may display prices in other currencies, including for customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union; the amount charged and any conversion are handled at checkout, and your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

  • Prices are shown at checkout. The checkout total is the final price to receive your order: ClearLine covers all import duties and customs charges, so you will not be billed additional import charges on delivery. Any applicable sales tax/VAT is shown at checkout.
  • ClearLine covers import duties, taxes and customs fees on your order, so you are not asked to pay them as the recipient. If a carrier or customs authority nonetheless bills you for an import charge, contact us with the documentation and we will reimburse it. If a parcel is refused by the recipient or returned to sender for reasons within your control, any refund will be net of shipping and handling costs actually incurred.
  • You must provide a valid, authorised payment method. By submitting payment details you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card details ourselves.
  • You authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge your payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping shown at checkout.

8. Shipping, delivery, risk and title

ClearLine operates on a dropshipping model: products are shipped directly to you from our fulfilment partners located overseas. This keeps prices low but means delivery times are longer than those of a local retailer. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days total from order to arrival, with tracking provided on all orders.
  • Delivery windows are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur during customs clearance, carrier handling or peak periods.
  • By placing an order you acknowledge these dispatch and delivery timelines and that items ship internationally from overseas partners.

Correct delivery details. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an uncollected parcel, or a refused delivery. If an order is returned to sender for these reasons, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (further shipping may apply) or a refund net of shipping and handling costs actually incurred.

Lost, delayed or undelivered parcels. If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@clearlinemoto.com and we will investigate with the carrier and put things right — by reshipping or refunding as appropriate. Where you are a consumer, this is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights, including your right to receive the goods within any period required by the mandatory law of your country.

Passing of risk and title. Where you are a consumer, risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you (or a person identified by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the products, and title passes on full payment or delivery, whichever is later, in each case as required by the mandatory law of your country. Where local consumer law does not otherwise require, and for business (non-consumer) buyers, title and risk pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier for shipment to you.

9. Returns, refunds and your right to cancel

Our returns and refunds process is set out in full in our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: we accept returns of unused, uninstalled visors in their original packaging within 30 days; the buyer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item; and refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Your statutory right to cancel (UK and EU consumers). If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or another jurisdiction that grants a distance-selling “cooling-off” right, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy. To exercise it, tell us clearly (for example by email to support@clearlinemoto.com) before the period expires. You then return the goods within 14 days; you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. We will refund the amount you paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of your proof of return, whichever is sooner. This cooling-off right is separate from, and additional to, your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

Faulty or incorrect items. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, or if we sent the wrong item, contact us and we will provide a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) as required by applicable consumer law, and we will cover return shipping in those cases.

Fitment and compatibility are the buyer’s responsibility. Because compatibility references are a guide only, we strongly encourage you to message us to confirm fitment for your exact helmet model before ordering. A visor that does not fit but is not faulty or misdescribed may be returned under our 30-day policy or, where applicable, your statutory cancellation right, with return shipping at your cost. Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable statutory rights you may have as a consumer (see Sections 15 and 16).

10. Product use and safety disclaimer — please read

Motorcycle visors and face shields are safety-relevant equipment. This section is important. By purchasing and using our products you acknowledge and agree to the following.

10.1 Aftermarket and compatible — not OEM

Our visors are aftermarket, unbranded replacement parts. They are not genuine or OEM parts and are not manufactured, certified or endorsed by any helmet brand. Any brand or model name is used only to indicate the helmet the visor is designed to fit.

10.2 Fitment is your responsibility

Compatibility information is a guide, not a guarantee. Helmet designs vary by model, revision, year and region. You are responsible for verifying that a visor is correct for your specific helmet before ordering and before use. If you are unsure, contact us to confirm fitment first. After installation, check that the visor seats, seals, opens, closes and latches correctly before riding.

10.3 Tint, finish and legality

  • Clear and light-smoke visors are intended for general daytime use. Visibility standards and requirements vary by country. You must check and comply with your local road and traffic rules before use.
  • Dark-smoke, mirrored and iridium visors are sold for off-road, track or closed-course daytime use only. They are not sold as road-legal, may not meet the road-visibility requirements applicable in your country (for example ECE 22.06 in the EU and UK, or DOT in the US), and must not be used at night or in low-light conditions.
  • We do not represent that any product is certified, approved or homologated to any particular road-legal or safety standard (including ECE 22.06, DOT or Snell). It is entirely your responsibility to determine whether a given visor is lawful to use where you ride and to comply with all applicable road, traffic and equipment laws. You assume all risk and responsibility for use of a heavily tinted or mirrored visor on public roads.

10.4 Inspect, maintain and replace

Because visors are safety-relevant, inspect each product on arrival and before every use. Do not use a visor that is cracked, scratched in the field of vision, distorted, discoloured, warped or otherwise damaged, and replace it if it becomes damaged in use. Follow your helmet manufacturer’s instructions for fitting and use, and do not modify the product. A visor does not make a helmet or its use safe; safe riding remains your responsibility.

11. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, layout, images, product descriptions, and the “ClearLine” name and branding — are owned by or licensed to TheTreasureHub LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purpose of shopping with us.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law. Third-party trademarks (including helmet brand names and logos) remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced only for compatibility purposes.

12. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
  • place orders using false, misleading, stolen or unauthorised payment or identity information;
  • resell, export or re-export our products in violation of any applicable law, sanctions or export control;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its underlying infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
  • use bots, scrapers or automated means to access, harvest data from, or overload the Site;
  • upload or transmit malware, or post unlawful, infringing, defamatory or abusive content (for example in reviews or messages); or
  • infringe our intellectual property or that of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, and refuse or cancel orders, if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.

13. Privacy and your data

Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use, share and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and which you should read.

  • We process your data to take and fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We rely on our e-commerce platform (WooCommerce) and third-party service providers — including payment processors and our overseas fulfilment and shipping partners — who act as processors or independent controllers to complete your order.
  • Because our fulfilment partners and some service providers are located outside your country (including outside the UK and EEA), fulfilling your order necessarily involves an international transfer of the data needed to ship to you (such as your name, address and contact details). Where required, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).
  • If you are in the UK, EU/EEA, or a US state with applicable privacy law (such as California), you have rights over your data — which may include access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data or of targeted advertising. You can exercise these rights, and opt out of marketing at any time, by contacting us at support@clearlinemoto.com or using the unsubscribe/opt-out controls provided.

In the event of any conflict between this section and our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and the products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, conditions and representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that product descriptions or compatibility references are accurate, complete or reliable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that applies to you under mandatory consumer-protection law and cannot lawfully be excluded — including the statutory consumer guarantees and rights available to consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Where such non-excludable rights apply, this section operates only to the extent the law allows, and your statutory rights are not affected.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ClearLine, TheTreasureHub LLC, and its owners, officers, employees, suppliers and fulfilment partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with the Site, the products, or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages;
  • our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or order, or your use of the Site, is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits, liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under applicable product-liability law, and any non-excludable rights or remedies available to consumers (including under UK and EU consumer-protection law). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, in which case those exclusions or limitations apply only to the extent permitted, and your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, and except where you are acting as a consumer to the extent applicable law limits such obligations, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheTreasureHub LLC, trading as ClearLine, and its owners, officers, employees, suppliers and fulfilment partners, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site or the products; (c) your use of a tinted, mirrored or other visor on public roads, or in any manner or conditions contrary to the product notices and applicable law; or (d) your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party. This section does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by our own breach or negligence, and does not limit your non-excludable consumer rights.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Site, or our products are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and, subject to the paragraph below, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.

If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and it does not remove your right to bring proceedings in, or benefit from the mandatory laws of, your local jurisdiction where applicable law so requires — including for consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Contact us first. Most issues — a delayed parcel, a fitment question, a damaged item — are resolved quickly if you contact us. Please email us at support@clearlinemoto.com and give us a fair chance to help before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback or starting formal proceedings. Contacting us first does not affect any statutory right you have to a refund, remedy, or chargeback.

18. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war or civil unrest, government or customs action, carrier or supplier failures, strikes, or failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure. Where such an event affects your order, we will contact you and, if delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable period, you may cancel the affected order for a refund. This section does not limit any non-excludable statutory right you have as a consumer.

19. General

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and any terms presented at the point of sale, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or successor; you may not assign yours without our consent. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our products, operations, or the law. The current version is always posted on the Site with the “Last updated” date shown above. Changes take effect when posted and apply to Site use from that point. The Terms that apply to your order are those in effect at the time you place it; we will not retroactively change the terms of an order you have already placed.
