How do I fit it?
Take the visor off, clean the inside with a dry cloth, peel the backing and press the insert on from one edge to the other so no air is trapped. No tools needed.

Additionally, it seems to prevent air from entering at high speeds (120 km/h on the highway) more effectlively compared to the original.
